Wavelength of Laser Measurement with Steel Ruler

The traditional way of measuring laser's wavelength always requires some accurate and complicated instruments,which brings much trouble to the application.This paper introduces the method of measuring laser's wavelength handily by employing a steel ruler.In addition,it compares the result with the consequence of using diffraction grating to measure the wavelength of laser.It is found that this method also has better accuracy,thus a new way to measure laser's wavelength is discovered.
