ZHU Wen-cang(1.Ocean University of China,Qingdao 266110,Shandong,China;2.Chengde Petroleum College,Chengde 067000,Hebei,China)
The main funding patterns of colleges and universities are financial allocation, tuition fees, bank loans,school-run industry and educational fund. But every pattern has its own problems. When a college borrows money from a bank, the school must repay the capital with interest in time. The risk then is produced because of the uncertainty of return on capital employed and rate of interest. With the innovation of financing notion, the development of funding patterns and the extention of financing channels, the scope of financing risk embraces a wide area. The countermeasures of the risks are stepping up the development of school-run industry, strengthening the integration of production, teaching and research, adjusting the thoughts of running college, innovation the financing resource and setting up mechanism of risk alert.
