Simulation of Translation Mechanism of Insulator Cleaning Device

An important part of the insulator cleaning device is translating mechanism,withstanding gravity of the entire apparatus in the course of its work load. The translation mechanism directly impacted the performance of the entire device work of the ride and life. The translator component was modeled and assembled by Solid Works software,and three-dimensional model obtained insulator cleaning device. The translation mechanism was introduced into ANSYS Workbench software,which means translating agencies static analysis of the stress strain their working conditions,and the translation mechanism is optimized to obtain a better design programs to improve the translation mechanism stable. This provided a theoretical basis for research insulator cleaning device,reducing insulator cleaning device development cycle and reducing development costs.
