Research on Curriculum Intervention of Normal College Students' Self Efficacy

In order to explore the effect of curriculum intervention on the improvement of self-efficacy of normal university students and the innovation mode of mental health education curriculum in colleges and universities,50 normal college students were given 10 times of course guidance,2. 5 hours every time. The general self-efficacy questionnaire was applied to the experimental group and the control group before and after the implementation of the survey,the results showed that curriculum intervention could effectively improve the general self-efficacy of normal university students; Group counseling teaching mode was an effective way for college students' psychological health education; The effective influencing factors of the course came from the relaxed classroom atmosphere,the experience teaching form and the contents closely linked with the normal university students' professional development.
