A Study on the Strategies of Enhancing Autonomous Learning Ability for Undergraduates in Finance and Economics Universities——Based on the Perspective of Teaching Mode Transformation

A common problem existed in various universities is the lack of autonomous learning ability. The limitations of the subject characteristics, environmental problems and traditional teaching modes in financial and economic universities make the the problem be more serious. This paper presents the following teaching mode conversion strategies such as constructing the teaching model with flipped classroom as the framework,making the network platform support pre-class study,implementing the case-typed and the group discussion-based teaching model,so as to enhance undergraduates' autonomous learning ability.
