Probes into Ways to Promote Teaching Ability of Graduates Teaching as Assistants

The system of graduates teaching as assistants is a win-win system design,and many domestic colleges and universities are actively carrying out this activity,but it is less for them to participate in course teaching,tutoring and recitation. This paper analyzes the significances of graduates' participation in teaching activities from university,teachers,graduates and undergraduates,then it discusses the problems in the management of teaching assistantship of postgraduates in the domestic universities,such as the lack of management system,cognitive bias,poor collaboration between lecturers and assistants. Finally,it explores some practical paths which are easy to operate to further enhance the teaching ability of the graduates teaching as assistants by combining the cooperation practice with the assistant of the graduates.
