THE CORRELATION BETWEEN sIL-2R AND ANTI-PPD ANTIBODY IN PATIENTS WITH ACTIVE PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

Liu Huaishen Department of Tuberculosis,Affiliated Hospital
Serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R)and anti-PPD IgG levels were determined in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis by ELISA.The results suggested that there was a positive correlation between the concentration of sIL-2R and the anti-PPD IgG level(r=0.45,P0.001).The determination of sIL-2R levels may provide a parameter for reflecting the decreased cellular immunity in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
