CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 100 CASES OF HENOCH-SCHONLEIN PURPURA

Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and lab report of 100 inpatients with henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods:The clinical data of 100 inpatients with HSP were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the patients appeared purpura like lesions and involved lower limbs.The ratio of involving four limbs in adult group(45.8%) was obviously higher than children group(P0.05);And 17%(17/100) patients with urticaria.Among 100 patients,the patients suffered gastrointestinal,joint and renal damage were respectively 49,38 and 45 cases;Moreover,the ratio of renal damage in adult group was obviously higher than children group(P0.05).In children group,the ratio of platelets higher than normal,EBV VCA and nuclear AG IgG positive ratio were obviously higher than adult group(P0.05);While in adult group,the urine occult blood and urine protein positive ratio were obviously higher than children group(P0.05).The most common cause was upper respiratory tract infection(46%).Conclusions:The clinical manifestations and lab report of HSP have some differences in children and adult.Analysis of clinical data will be beneficial for treatment and prevention of HSP.
