Study on the Weak Group in Chongqing

Weak group refers to the group of people who have less ability to create social wealth and obtain individual income, have no way to accumulate wealth and poor ability to compete for employment and to survive. At a time of social reformation and governmental transformation, it is of realistic significance to social stability to give the weak group assistance in employment. This paper analyzes in detail the categories of the weak group in Chongqing, the effective aiding measures taken by the municipal government, and puts forward some new longterm countermeasures to help the weak group.
