Analysis on "Prisoners Dilemma" Game Affecting Team Performance

XIONG Ling,WU Shao-qi(College of Trade & Administration,Chongqing University,Chongqing,400044,China)  
This article begins with the definition and characteristics of team,analyzes it by means of the "Prisoners' Dilemma" game model,and points out that the clash between individual rationality and collective rationality results from low team performance.Therefore,the article puts forward that the effective way of avoiding low performance lies in the restriction and incentive through flexible performance management,in the control of team work process and in the construction of team culture.
