Study on the Flow Field Structure and Component Mixing of the Kalugin's Hot-air Stove

Physical and mathematical model of the flow and mix of the air and coal gas in the Kalugin's hot-air stove burner were developed.Based on cold-state model experiments and numerical simulations,flow field and component mixing characteristics,and the distributions of gas flow in Jet-vortex with singly-blowing were studied.Also,gas flow in the outlet of the combustion chamber with different checkers was obtained.Suggestions were offered for the design and improvement of the burner.
