Air Suspension Modeling and K&C Characteristics Analysis

According to the design requirements of a new bus type,the key components was processed in flexible way by using modeling method,and the front suspension system rigid-flexible coupling Adams multi-body dynamics model to the new developing coach was established. And we also did the dynamic simulation analysis of the suspension system,and obtained the suspension relevant data of KC characteristics and got the rang of parameter changes of the suspension in the process of movement,which provides reliable theoretical data for later calibration and production.
