Filling Velocity Studies of Large Low-Pressure Casting Aluminum Engine Casing

Three-dimensional solid modeling and casting's numerical simulation of the product and mold were made by using the three-dimensional modeling software application UG and finite element analysis software ANYCASTIGN to mainly research the impact of filling velocity to the molded product,and finally to determine the optimal filling velocity,which will provide an important process scheme for tryout stage.
