Shear Properties of a New Composite Laminated Plate CCF300/BA9916 at Different Moist Environmental

Shear properties of a new type of composite laminated plate CCF300/BA9916-Ⅱ were studied at low temperature,room temperature and in high moist environment. The effect rules and variation reason for the properties of these composites at different temperatures were discussed,and the reasons for the variations of shear property of these composites at different temperatures were also analyzed. Test results show that compared with the shear properties at room temperature,at low temperature,the shear strength increases by 4. 09% and the shear modulus decreases by 18. 01%; in high moist environment,the shear strength decreases by 25. 32% and the shear modulus decreases by20. 12%. At room temperature,the in-plane shear property and discrete coefficient of compositelaminated plate both are better than the other two temperatures. It can conclude that temperature is of great importance to the shear property of this new composite.
