Study of the Sensitive Nicotinic Sensor of O-Aminophenol by Molecular Imprinting Technology

A sensitive nicotinic sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of O-aminophenol was proposed,and its configuration and performance were studied.Under the condition of weak acidity,the sensitive film was prepared through the electropolymerization of O-aminophenol on a platinum electrode in the presence of template(nicotinic).The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to nicotinic.A linear relationship between the current and the concentration was found in the range of 2.0~5.0 mmol/L.The sensor has been applied to the analysis of nicotinic in samples with recovery rates ranging from 92% to 104%.
