The Superior Efficiency for Estimation of the Model Parameters

Based on the R-C unequality of multi-parameters and the theorem of the superior efficiency estimation, the formulae of the variance inferior boundary for the estimation of functional model and stochastic model parameters are derived in the paper. The estimations of the functional model parameters are the superior efficiency estimations but the estimations of the stochastic model parameteters. i. e. the estimations of variance component are not the superior efficiency estimation; the estimation of the unit weight variance is a superior efficiency estimation in a special case; and provfed that the relationships between the estimation of functional model parameters and stochastic model parameters are mutual independency.
