Analyses of the sensor Errors in AVLN System

Xu Aigong (Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping,Wuhan,)  
Errors of several general subsidiary sensors in the AVLN system are analysed and different sensor error models are derived. These error models serve as the basis for designing the expanding Kallman filters using to estimate the vehicle positions and at the same time as the theoretic basis for selecting these sensors.
