Research on FTC algorithm for TIN generation based on contour

This paper puts forward an improved border collapse algorithm to simplify triangle arithmetic in creating TIN.This algorithm builds an effective borer collapse value expressions to control the partial error based on the selection of error variable.It can simplify the excrescent triangles of limitative triangle meshwork,and improve the transmitting and displaying speed.Finally,this paper provides the error variety.
