An improved TIN algorithm based on auto-coupling triangle

Aiming at the shortcoming of algorithm of Auto-Coupling Triangulation,this paper makes some improvement on it.The improved algorithm brings out a thought of "first division then modeling".It first divides the large region of terrain into some smaller subblocks and then calculates in some specified ones.Finally,it uses the improved algorithm to build the terrain model and gets a good improvement in efficiency.
