Research on the improved SAM used in ocean remote

This paper studies the traditional SAM and puts forward an improved SAM to solve the limitation of the traditional SAM firstly. Then it provides the idea and the flow of the improved SAM. The experimrntal conclusion indicates that the improved SAM is high precise, little mistake making and can describe the object more correctly.
