The corrections of polar motion oscillations based on the new reference system

MA Gao-feng,LIU Chang-jian(Institute of Surveying and Mapping,Information Engineering University,Zhengzhou 450052,China)  
A new definition about polar motion coordinate system and polar coordinates is presented in this paper firstly.Then it proposes the deductions about the rotational matrix of the polar motion on the basis of the characteristics of the differential rotational matrix.It also introduces the development about the model of the polar motion oscillations.Finally,it gives the methods to get polar coordinates and position of TIO.
