Monitoring land use seasonal changes and analysis of landscape patterns along JingCheng highway based on remote sensing

In order to obtain the land use changes along Jingcheng highway,and to analyze the results of the ecological landscape patterns for related modern agriculture projects,in this paper,the multi-temporal remote sensing data from winter in 2006 to summer in 2008 and land use thematic data were selected to perform an automatic seasonal changes detection and information extraction guided with land use parcels knowledge.All detected changes were tested with in-situ investigation.From the quantitative analysis of land use change and landscape patterns,the result showed that,due to strengthen building the modern agricultural corridor,the landscape patterns were optimized,which has played an important role for the improvement of seasonal bare cropland and wasteland.
