Application of precise point positioning in GPS-supported aerotriangulation

In traditional GPS-supported aerotriangulation,differential GPS(DGPS) positioning technology is used to determine the 3-dimensional coordinates of the perspective centers,which is not only labor-intensive but also costly.This paper mainly introduced the principle and method of precise point positioning technologies applied in GPS-supported aerotriangulation.The experimental results and precision analysis showed that the method could greatly simplify the work of aerial photography and satisfy the accuracy requirement of topographic mapping at big scales.
