Classification method of hyperspectral images combined with spatial characteristic of ground objects

The traditional image classification and recognition of the hyperspectral or multispectral image often only pay attention to the spectrum dimensional property of the pixels,and all of its characteristic statistics is carried out on the spectrum and wave band dimension.But the nature is complex,and there are problems of the mixed pixel,it's insufficient to only depend on the spectrum characteristic of the pixel,and it often leads to the appearance of"madian(pocking mark)".In connection with this problem,this article proposed a classification method of hyperspectral images which is combined with the spatial characteristic of the ground objects.The process of classification was divided in two stages,the first stage was to get picture of image classification which is based on the spectrum characteristic of the pixel;and the second stage was to direct at the classification outcome of the first stage,to carry on the spatial classification process which was combined with the spatial characteristic of ground objects.The experimental research result made clear that this method could keep the continuity and homogeneity of the parcel of ground,at the same time it conquered the problem of"madian(pocking mark)"effectively,as a result,the precision of classification was increased greatly.
