Spatial clustering algorithm on urban function oriented zone

With economic development,the extensive use of the urban land restricts the development,but land intensive evaluation is an effective management tool which is put more and more attention.The urban function oriented zone is the basement of land intensive evaluation.The paper established the spatial clustering algorithm based on Delaunay triangulation and Graham method.It used the cadastre managed in cadastral database to make the function oriented zone.The constraint condition came from the statut of MLR.
