Establishment of video location system of ground agricultural condition monitoring

Agricultural condition monitoring is the core of modern information agriculture. This paper presented a Ground Agricultural Condition Monitoring Video Location System(GACMVLS),through the establishment of the fixed and mobile video system,combined with GIS and GPS hardware and software platforms. The system could reflect real-time,accurate and fine agricultural condition,useful for precise agriculture variable decision-making and operations.
