Three-dimensional visualization method of quadtree images and elevation based on World Wind

Based on BMNG image data and SRTM elevation data,this paper taking a discussion on World Wind's quadtree-based level of detail models of managing multi-level image and elevation,to achieve fast and accurate display image maps,and overlay the corresponding position of the elevation,form the ups and downs realistic three-dimensional effect,and on this basis,increase the flight simulator and other functions. Finally it developed a separate GIS platform MyGIS 4D Desktop.
