Study on proactivity of geocomputation

From the perspective of cognitive science,this paper studied the enabling mental imagery theory of human thinking and revealed the determinant effects of mental imagery schemata on enabling mental imagery thinking.To start with mental imagery schemata,through analyzing the extended feature ID model for map-based visualization built by MacEachren,it studied the geographic enabling mental imagery analysis method.Following research on spatial feature,spatial object and spatial pattern based on the differences of human perception and cognitive abilities in different spatial scales,it presented the geographic spatial mental imagery schemata of feature-object-pattern.After studying the image-processing framework of eCognition,it demonstrated the application of the geographic spatial mental imagery schemata in eCognition finally.
