A discussion about method of calculating URE

URE(User Range Error)is usually used as one of the important index accessing the pseudorange accuracy of the users for the navigation satellites constellation system.In the paper,the concept of URE was explained comprehensively,and the calculation models of single satellite and all satellites in the navigation constellation were derived using weighting method.Finally,the calculating results of URE was verified by the means of simulation.
