Open-pit slope displacement monitoring system based on measurement robot

With the continuous exploitation of open-pit mine,mine slope is not in steady state,which is a serious threat to the safety of mine workers.In order to ensure the safety of production,this paper combined with open-pit mine slope displacement monitoring project in AnShan,researched the TM30 measurement robot to establish the slope monitoring system,which consists of monitoring network,measurement robot system,data processing,early warning system and is more efficient than traditional total station.Field survey result proved that it could realize the trinity of data acquisition,data processing and risk early warning,and reach the goal of Three High as high degree of automation,high accuracy and high work efficiency.
