A new method of establishing price correlated system in overall real estate valuation

Focusing on the problem that traditional price related system of real estate overall valuation has conflicts and is greatly affected by human factors,a new method to construct the price related system using indirect adjustment model was proposed.By using indirect adjustment model,the conflicts of price related system constructed by traditional method was well solved.And the influence on multivariate quantitative analysis of real estate valuation process caused by human factors was also reduced,which improved the reliability of real estate overall valuation model.Experimental result based on real estate data indicated that the price related system of real estate overall valuation constructed by adjustment model could improve the applicability of the overall real estate valuation system and make house price valuation faster and more scientific.
