Research on ortho rectification of high resolution satellite image in mountainous regions

With the development of the earth observation satellite technology at home and abroad,the ability of obtaining high resolution satellite images has advanced in mountainous regions.In the light of the problem such as cloudy weather,more imaging shadow,difficult to control the position precision of rectification,this paper proposed an effective ortho rectification strategy for high resolution satellite images in mountainous regions.Tests showed that the operation of fast image fusion and automatic selection of control point the operation could be achieved by GPU parallel computing cluster,which could greatly improve the production efficiency.Simultaneously,after processing of atmospheric correction and visualization of DEM repairing,it resolved the problem of image distortion,haze removal and other issues,provided references for the fast processing of satellite images in mountainous regions.
