Correlation analysis of GPS zenith tropospheric delay and precipitable water vapor

Nowadays,as water vapor content is changing fast and there are many factors affect it,there is still much difficulty ofdetermining its content accurately.This paper used sixCORS stations data in Hongkong area to calculate zenith tropospheric delay(ZTD)and(precipitable water vapor)PWV,and compared them with actual rainfall by using GAMIT software.The results showed that ZTD、PWV and actual rainfallmaintained a correspondence relationship in one or two hours or longer period after rainstorms,and that ZTD and PWV surges and dips would occur,it alsoshowed that the faster changes in ZTDand PWV,the more unstable the atmosphere environment,the higher precipitation actual rainfall probability.
