A survey offiltering methods in multibeam bathymetry outliers data

According to the fact that there is no enough algorithm of multibeam bathymetric outliers detection and filter,this paper analyzed the research results of multibeam bathymetric outliers detection and filter in recent decades.According to the working principle,the existing methods are divided into two categories.One method is based on statistical theory of data and the other is based on the function or statistical value comparison.The typical methods of multibeam bathymetric outliers detection and filter,such as median filter、wavelet analysis、CUBE algorithm、trend surface filter、LS-SVM are introduced.The advantage and disadvantage of the different detecting methods are compared through list.This paper summarizes the research status and trend of multibeam bathymetric outliers detection and filter,which has certain significance for the further development of multibeam bathymetric outliers detection and filter.
