Study on the thermal environment effect of green landscape using remote sensing technology

Quick Bird was used to acquire the green land patches of Mianyang city,and TM image was used to retrieve the land surface temperature.The author drew isotherm by Kriging,and took isotherm distributions to confirm cooling boundary,cooling range and boundary temperature,the relationship between urban green land patches' average temperature with area,perimeter and shape index were analyzed.The studies show that,urban green land patches' average temperature had no significant correlation with area,perimeter and shape index,but it had negative relevant correlation with FVC,and the certainty factor was greater than 0.5.Also cooling effect of green patches was different in space,the temperature decreased faster in concentrated isotherm than sparse.Anymore,the author counted temperature of cooling boundary,cooling effect,cooling range,the difference temperature of cooling boundary between the maximum value and minimum value was 2.6℃,cooling effect were from 0.5℃to 1.5℃,and the average cooling rate was 0.97℃.The maximum cooling range was 113 m,the minimum value was 15 m,and the average value was 60 m.Indexes such as patches' area,perimeter had no significant correlation with cooling range and cooling effect.
