Disaster Collaborative Study and Judgment System Based on Replicated Model

In integrated disaster reduction, the collaborative study and judgment is a very effective means for disaster information gathering and analysis. However, there are many problems in existing disaster collaborative study and judgment systems such as a low level of study and judgment, the study and judgment activities lacking systematic management, the high pressure to network transmission causing by and so on. Replicated model with centralized data is an effective model for collaborative system, which effectively improves system reliability and reduces network traffic, and ensuring the spatial data consistency and data storage efficiency at the same time. This paper describes the technical processes and key technologies for disaster study and judgment in details, taking full advantage of replicated model, designs and implements a disaster collaborative study and judgment system based on it. Experiments show that the system is reliable and is able to effectively meet the requirements of distributed, asynchronous or synchronous disaster collaborative study and judgment.
