Research on Urban Diseases Based on the Fluctuation Law of Multi-source Spatial Temporal Data of Smart City

With the smart city rising to national strategy and the introduction of "the evaluation of new smart city", all levels of government continue to promote the construction of new smart city, all kinds of convenient new affordable projects landing, and industry scale showed rapid growth. For the common urban diseases, the use the formation of public information platform in construction of smart city by the various types of data, and logical thinking of big data and scientific means of data mining, displaying latent law of urban in all-round and multi-angle, the pulse of urban health pulse, all those assisted the city management, plan decisions and response emergency. Based on the basic concept of "city pulsation", for urban diseases such as urban traffic congestion, urban and rural garbage dumps, urban heat island and social events, this paper analyzes the long sequence space-time big data with data mining techniques and deep learning methods, scientifically reveals the law of changes of urban pulsation, displays the visualization of urban pulsation's laws, and ultimately provides scientific guidance for urban planning and management to decision makers and further improves the efficiency of public services of smart city.
