Suitiability Evaluation and Partition Regulation Research of Rural Residential Land Consolidation in Hubei Province

Rural residential land consolidation is one of the most important parts in China's new countryside construction.Taking the rural residential area of Hubei Province as the research area,the evaluation index system for rural residential land consolidation is built up.First,according to the three aspects of rural residential land:consolidation potential,sorting ability and consolidation urgency,ten indicators are selected to construct the suitability evaluation system of rural residential land consolidation.Then,entropy method and expert evaluation method are employed to determine the weights.Finally,based on the status of rural residential area per capita and the comprehensive score of rural residential consolidation,the whole study areas are divided into five types.The method presented in this paper will provide a scientific basis for land consolidation planning,the selection of land consolidation projects in rural residential areas and the implementation of land consolidation.
