Design and Implementation of 3D Information Aided Decision-Making System for Land Bidding, Auction and Listing

In view of the shortcomings of the existing land bidding, auction listing information release in terms of spatial performance and analysis, this paper proposes the use of BSP tree and corner coordinate method to separate the three-dimensional model of land bidding, auction and listing from the digital three-dimensional city model,, polymerize the broken massif by using block area as discriminant threshold, assign the unique identification ID of land bidding, auction and listing barycentric coordinates by MD5 encryption technology and establish the relationship between the three-dimensional model of land bidding, auction and listing and its attribute information. On this basis, the "3 D information aided decision-making system for land bidding, auction and listing" with C/S framework is developed. It has functions as spatial analysis, distance and area calculation, etc and can improve the informatization management level of land acquisition, storage and transfer work.
