Noise Experimental Study on the Model 1-2-3 Flake Reinforced Friction Material

In order to develop de-noise and environmental friction brake material, noise comparative experiment by galley proof test is taken on 5 different formulations of the model 1-2-3 flake reinforced friction material, then the noise produced by friction blocks is analyzed on the SPL and spectrum,and the noise signal is analyzed on the power spectrum and time-frequency.The result shows that the de-noise properties of the model 1-2-3 flake reinforced friction material is verified, and a suggestion is provided on the formulation research of the de-noising friction material.
