Since the issue of the Plan for Market Regulation during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period, China has initially established a new pattern of integrated supervision under the framework of new institutions, and the market competition order has been effectively maintained. However, there are still many outstanding problems and institutional obstacles in the market competition environment, including issues of regulatory responsibility, administrative problems according to law, and obstacles to system construction. The internal mechanism for forming these problems is much complicated. Based on the effects, problems and causes of reform implementation, this paper proposes that it needs further deepening the reform of market supervision system, enhancing supervision capabilities and means, improving market competition environment, and through transforming industrial policy objectives, innovating regulatory system, strengthening anti-monopoly law enforcement, and building property rights system to promote the establishment of a fair and orderly market competition environment, and form a new pattern of market supervision of political and business harmony and social governance.
