In the new era, the construction of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area has the significance of deepening the integration of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, coping with challenge of the Chinese economy entering the new normal, and docking the "Belt and Road". To achieve integrated development for Greater Bay Area, it needs handling three kinds of relationship between "one country" and "two systems", market and government, ecological civilization and social development and economic development, with "seeking common ground while reserving differences" as a breakthrough point. At the same time, we should further deepen our understanding of the development of the Greater Bay Area, so as to cope with the challenges of financing the supply of public goods, the internal structural imbalance of the Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration, and some group's doubts.
