Electroplating Nickel Technology for Sintered Type Neodymium Iron Boron

Effects of different pretreatment technology were studied on the performance of nickel electroplating for sintering type neodymium iron boron. The process including hole sealing, degreasing, scaling, activation, nickel electroless plating bottoming and nickel electroplating was obtained by measuring the properties of coating as porosity, binding force, corrosion resistance, etc. The nickel electroplating coating was bright with low porosity, strong binding power and excellent corrosion resistance.
