Research Progresses of (Na_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))TiO_3 Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics

In this paper,the recent progresses of (Na_(1/2)Bi_(1/2))TiO_3(NBT)-based lead-free piezoelectric ce- ramics was reviewed.The research result on the NBT ceramics,especially the doping effect on piezoelectric proper- ties was discussed in detail.For example,with the addition of second phase,the decreased coercive electric field Ec will improve piezoelectric performance of the NBT ceramics.The design principle for NBT-based lead free piezoelectric ceramics was also summarized.
