Study on Preparation and Antibiotic Property of Ag-doped ZrO_2

LIU Qingju ZHU Zhongqi ZHANG Jin ZHANG Haibin WU Xinghui (Department of Material Science and Engineeringy,Yunnan University,Kunming 650091)  
The preparation technology and properties of Ag-type inorganic antibiotic material carried by ZrO_2 were studied.The results indicate that the better quantity of silver salt in the antibiotic material carried by ZrO_2 is 1%~3% and the better sintering temperature range is 600~1000℃.The materials prepared according to the above conditions are of good antibiotic and safety property,the MIC value is less than or equal to 75×10~(-6),the acute toxicity taken by stomata is LD_(50)10000mg/kg and the acute toxicity on skin is LD_(50)3000mg/kg(for little and big white rats).
