Laser-induced Crystallization of Amorphous Film SnSeSbTm

Amorphous film SnSeSbTm obtained by vaccum deposition can be crystallized with the pulsed Nd-YAG laser implement.Transmitted Electron Microscopy(TEM)has provided evidence for crystallization.The in- fluence of component diversity on phase changing is discussed in this paper.
