Research Progress in Size and Shape Control of Metal Nanoparticles Fabricated in Liquid Phase

The properties and applications of metal nanoparticles depend on its size and shape, so it is very important to control the size and shape of the metal powder. In this article, the fabrications of metal nanoparticles in liquid phase is reviewed ,which include three aspects that are size control,shape control and composite-structure nanoparticle fabrication. At the same time, the mechanisms of size and shape control of metal nanoparticles are also summarized.
