Synthesis of LiFePO_4 Materials by Microwave Combining with Sol-gel Processing

The paper introduces microwave processing LiFePO4 material with dried gel by microwave, after producing wet gel by sol-gel. The influence of factors in the microwave processing and the particle morphology of the producer are analysised in the paper. The result shows that the ratio of higher input power and lower one is far below that of temperature rising in the both. The final producer reflects multi-layer sheets superposing and aggregating. Comparing with other processing methods of LiFePO4, microwave processing needs shorter synthesis time.
