The Study on the Technics of the LiFePO_4 Synthesized by Microwave

Using the multi-mode resonance cavity the LiFePO4 materials are synthesize by sol-gel combining with microwave. It is analyzed that the distributing of the electric field intension in the multi-mode resonance cavity, the effect of the microwave radiation time and the power on the surface topography and the constitute of the production are investigated by XRD, SEM. The experiments indicate that pure LiFePO4 can be synthesize by microwave in a short time.
