The Application of Microwave Technology in the Construction of Waterproofing Membrane

In the traditional method of melting waterproofing membrane, a fire heater is used to melt the melt adhesive in the bottom of the waterproofing membrane, and to bond the waterproofing membrane to the ground. In this paper, microwave irradiation is used in place of the fire heaters. As a result, the waterproofing is heated more rapidly and uniformly. A discussion of the design principles and calculations are included.
